		Susanne Ragen has over 20 years of experience in consulting, finance and research management. Ms. Ragen brings the critical combination of industry experience, technological sophistication, economics, finance and statistics necessary to successfully "mine" the substantial information resources applicable to the real estate industry. Ms. Ragen's research has spanned a broad range of real estate related topics including specialized research on the real estate capital markets, property markets and valuation research; regional and national economic assessments; technology trends; and real estate best practices. Ms. Ragen also serves as The Muldavin Company's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all areas of the firm's financial management. While Ms. Ragen's research efforts have focused on the real estate industry during the last 10 years, she has a broad research and analytic background including work on federal bank regulatory issues at the Federal Regulatory Council, research on environmental regulations and economic incentives at the Joint Center for Urban Studies of Harvard and MIT, evaluation and research into the economic impacts of toxic waste regulations and related matters at the Environmental Protection Agency, and financing and budgetary research at the California Office of the Legislative Analyst. Ms. Ragen's superior financial and analytic skills have been applied to helping clients with database development, financial analysis, and sophisticated research modeling and execution. Ms. Ragen's research and analytic work has involved substantial public speaking and external communications, including regular presentations in front of the State Legislature and other public forums. Susanne Ragen has a Masters of Public Policy and Bachelors of Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
